This book is wrote by Edward Chancellor in 1999.
He is the most famous business-history author.
It talk about opportunist's stories.
Those stories still have a lot of meaningful.
It begin at 1630 which about opportunistic at tulip(鬱金香).
At that time people are crazy,the price of tulip may be equal to one building at the best location.
It can not explain by any economy theory.
No one will have enoigh utility to own a tulip.
This question nag many economists.
Every economist Know people are raional,but why people do those things?
The answer is so easy.They believe the price of tulip will be rising and rising.
It is so inviting which you just buy a tulip and sold after one month that you can get a lot of money.
It is easy,Does it not be?
The more inviting thing is at that time the futures market emerge.
It mean you can have a deal in tulip which you do not have anyone.

Those things are the great expect one thing who need a tulip when the price equal to one house.

Oh !Does it listen like today art market?
Every one believe the price of art will rise.
